The world will never run out of opinions about who you should be. My role is simple: ask good questions, point you back to God's Word, and help you notice where the world's language has gotten louder than His truth.

I won't tell you what God is saying to you. I'll listen, ask, challenge you where it helps, and keep pointing you back to His Word while you find the clarity for yourself.

We talk about what you're carrying, where you feel stuck, and what you believe God may be stirring in this season. If coaching isn't the right fit, I'll tell you so.

Twice a month
One-on-one sessions
Two focused, faith-centered conversations each month. We work on the real thing, not a curriculum — clarity on a decision, a season, a relationship, a next step.

You still have access to me
Brief check-ins, encouragement, and accountability between sessions, so you're not sitting on something important waiting for the next call.

We decide together
We start with ninety days. At the end of it we look honestly at what's changed and decide together what continued support should look like — including none.

What is Christian coaching?
Christian coaching is a conversation about your real life, your real questions, and what you’re navigating right now, with God and His Word at the center.
It’s not therapy, and it’s not a Bible study. I’m not here to tell you what to do or give you all the answers. I’m here to listen, ask thoughtful questions, help you look beneath the surface, and create space for you to hear what God may be saying about where you are and where you’re going.
One question comes up often in my coaching: What does God say about this?
Whether you’re facing a decision, navigating change, feeling stuck, pursuing something new, or trying to understand what belongs to you in this season, we’ll work through it together.
The goal is clarity. To quiet some of the noise, renew your thinking, recognize what matters, and walk away knowing your next faithful step. Because I believe God does the how. You do the do.
How is coaching different from counseling?
Counseling generally works backwards, treating what has wounded you, and it is clinical care delivered by a licensed professional. Coaching works forwards, from where you are now toward a decision or a change you want to make. If what you are carrying needs clinical care, the right thing is a licensed counselor, and I will say so.
Do you work with people outside Savannah?
Yes. Sessions are held by video, so location is not a limit — clients are spread across the United States. If you are in Pooler, Savannah or anywhere on the Georgia coast, meeting in person is also an option.
How much does coaching cost?
$250 a month. That covers two private sessions plus access to me between sessions. We start with ninety days and then decide together what continued support should look like. There are no contracts and no packages to choose between.
Do you coach teams and businesses, or only individuals?
Both. Alongside one-on-one coaching I work with leaders, teams and organizations — leadership coaching and leadership development, communication, goal setting, navigating change, personal growth, team training and workshops. Some employers bring me in as a benefit for their staff.
Do you offer coaching in Spanish?
Yes. Coaching, speaking and training are available in English and Spanish — se habla español.
