Groups & Ministries

Bring the training to your people instead of sending them away for it.

Workshops, team training and teaching for women's ministries, church staff, leadership teams, non-profits and business groups — in Savannah, coastal Georgia, and by video anywhere.

Start a conversation

Most ministry training happens somewhere else.

If you lead a women's ministry in coastal Georgia, your options are usually a February retreat in the north Georgia mountains, a national cohort on video, or a denominational conference with a registration fee and a hotel. All of them are good. All of them require your people to leave, and only a few can go. Carole comes to you, on your date, and works with the group you actually have.

What she does with groups

Four ways this usually works.

01

A single workshop

One session with your group on one thing — identity, direction, the narratives people have accepted, or a topic you already know your people are carrying.

02

A series across a season

Several sessions over a few months so the work has time to land. Useful when a group is building something rather than fixing something.

03

Leadership team training

For the people who lead the group. Leadership development, communication, navigating change, and how to keep serving without emptying yourself.

04

Coaching alongside

Some organizations bring her in for the group and then keep her for one-on-one coaching with a leader or two. Some employers offer it as a staff benefit.

Who this is for

Different groups, same starting point.

Women's ministries

Leaders, Bible study teachers, and the women who carry the ministry week to week.

Church staff

Teams who serve everyone else and rarely get poured into themselves.

Business teams

Staff days, leadership development and team training — with the same foundation underneath.

Non-profits & volunteers

Boards and volunteer teams doing hard work that needs both skill and encouragement.

Carole is an amazing coach! She was able to approach the subject in a demonstrative manner that really captivated our team. Our team left feeling empowered to do inner work to not only become better but effective in their every day life.

Get in touch

Tell her about your group.

Nothing has to be decided yet — the first conversation is free and it is genuinely a conversation, not a pitch.

Group & ministry inquiry

If you are not sure what you need yet, say so. Working that out is usually the first thing we do together.

Common questions

Before you ask.

Do you come to us?

Yes — that is the point. Most ministry leadership training in Georgia means sending your people to a retreat in the north Georgia mountains or signing them up for a national cohort on Zoom. Carole comes to your church, on your date, with your group.

How big does the group need to be?

There is no minimum. She has worked with a handful of ministry leaders around a table and with whole staff teams. Small groups often get more out of it, because everyone talks.

Is this only for churches?

No. She works with women's ministries and church staff, and equally with business teams, non-profit boards and volunteer groups. The foundation is the same; the language changes to fit the room.

What does a session actually look like?

It depends what your group needs, which is why the first conversation matters. It might be one workshop, a series across a season, or a half-day with a leadership team. She builds it after she understands the group, not before.

Can you work with our existing curriculum?

Yes. Some groups want her material, some want help teaching their own, and some want her to sit with the leaders rather than the group. All three are fine.

Is it available in Spanish?

Yes. Training, teaching and coaching are available in English and Spanish — se habla español.
