Speaking
Bring a message your people will still be talking about on Monday.
Keynotes, motivational speaking, workshops and team training — for churches, conferences, retreats, leadership teams and businesses across Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill and coastal Georgia.
A local speaker in a region hosting more conferences every year — not an agency booking, and no travel budget required.
What she speaks about
Five talks, all built on the same question.
Every one of these comes back to the same place: what does God say about this? Each can run as a keynote, a workshop or a half-day session.
01
Rewrite the Script
The world has been handing us its language since birth — its labels, its definitions of worth and success. This talk helps people recognize what they have accepted as truth, and bring it back to God's Word.
02
Who Told You That?
Genesis asks it first. We take an experience and turn it into an identity: "that didn't work" becomes "I'm a failure." A talk about the voices shaping how people see themselves.
03
God Does the How. You Do the Do.
For people waiting on clarity before they move. The difference between waiting on God and waiting to feel confident — and what the next faithful step actually looks like.
04
The All-In Paragon
Her book, delivered as team teaching. Groups have used it to reset how they work together and to do the inner work that makes people effective in everyday life, not just better at their jobs.
05
What Happens Next?
For grief, loss and the questions people are afraid to ask out loud. Written out of losing her own mother. Honest rather than tidy, and never rushed.

Church on Sunday. Boardroom on Monday.
Carole brings together two worlds that are often kept separate. She coaches business owners, leaders, professionals, and teams, while also speaking, teaching, and writing from a foundation of faith.
That means a workplace audience gets someone who understands leadership, communication, growth, and the real challenges people face every day. A church or ministry audience gets someone who understands that faith isn’t just something we talk about on Sunday. It shapes how we lead, make decisions, navigate change, and live out our purpose every day.
Different rooms. Different conversations. The same Carole.
Carole Mendoza is a Christian motivational speaker and Christian life coach based in Pooler, Georgia, speaking to churches, conferences and businesses across Savannah and coastal Georgia — in English and Spanish.

How booking works
Four steps, no agency in between.
One
Tell her about the event
The form below, or a phone call. Date, audience, format, and what you are hoping people leave with.
Two
A conversation
She will want to understand your group before shaping anything. This part is free and there is no obligation.
Three
The message is built for your room
Talks are adapted to the audience rather than delivered off the shelf. You will know what she is covering before the day.
Four
She shows up and delivers
And follows up afterwards to hear how it landed. If there is a next step for your group, she will tell you honestly whether she is the right person for it.
Invite Carole
Tell her about your event.
This comes straight to Carole. She reads every one herself.
Speaking inquiry
The more detail you give, the better she can prepare — but do not worry if the date or numbers are not settled yet.
Thank you.
Your event details have come straight to Carole. She reads these herself and will reply personally.

Common questions
Before you book.
What kinds of events do you speak at?
Churches and women's ministries, conferences and retreats, leadership teams, staff days and business groups. Some events are entirely faith-based; others are workplace audiences where the message is leadership, clarity and purpose. I am comfortable in both rooms.
Do you travel outside Savannah?
Yes. I am based in Pooler and speak throughout Savannah, coastal Georgia and the Lowcountry, and I travel nationally. Virtual sessions are also available for teams spread across locations.
Do you speak to business audiences as well as churches?
Yes, and that combination is the reason many groups call. Alongside speaking I coach business owners, leaders and teams, so a workplace audience gets someone who understands the room — not a Sunday message adapted on the way in.
How long are your sessions?
A keynote usually runs 30 to 60 minutes. Workshops and half-day sessions are built around what your group actually needs, which we work out before anything is scheduled.
Do you speak in Spanish?
Yes. Speaking, coaching and training are available in English and Spanish — se habla español.
What does it cost?
Every event is different, and I believe the conversation should come before the quote. Let’s talk about your event, your audience, and what you hope they’ll walk away with. From there, I can recommend what makes the most sense and provide pricing based on the format, length, location, and level of customization. If you’re a church, ministry, or nonprofit, please don’t let budget keep you from reaching out. Let’s have the conversation and see what might be possible. It never costs anything to start the conversation.
