Agreement

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and Carole Mendoza Coaching, LLC, Pooler, Georgia.

What this site is for

This website exists to share Carole’s writing and teaching, describe her coaching, speaking and training, provide resources, and give you ways to connect with her.

You may read, print and share content for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Carole’s work stays hers

The articles, books, assessments, worksheets, coaching tools, teaching and training materials, downloads, resources and original content on this site are the property of Carole Mendoza Coaching, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Please do not republish, reproduce, sell, teach, distribute or present these materials as your own without permission. Purchasing, downloading or receiving a resource does not transfer ownership of the material or give permission to reproduce or use it commercially.

If you would like to quote or share something, a link back is welcome. If you would like to use Carole’s material with a group, class, church, team or organization, just ask. The answer is usually yes.

Private coaching

Private 1:1 coaching is $250 per month and includes two private sessions plus support between sessions.

Carole recommends beginning with 90 days of coaching because meaningful clarity, growth and change often take more than one conversation. The 90 days are a recommendation, not a required commitment.

There is no long-term contract. You and Carole can decide together whether continued coaching makes sense.

A Complimentary Connection Call is available before coaching begins. It is a chance to share what you are navigating, ask questions and determine whether coaching together feels like the right fit. There is no obligation to continue.

If Carole does not believe coaching is the right fit for you, she will say so rather than take you on.

Payment is due according to the payment arrangement established when coaching begins. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule a session. Specific payment, scheduling or cancellation expectations will be communicated before coaching begins.

Strategy Sessions

A Strategy Session is a separate, paid service and is not the same as the Complimentary Connection Call or ongoing 1:1 coaching.

The investment, cancellation and rescheduling terms that apply specifically to a Strategy Session are provided when you book.

Speaking, workshops and team training

Speaking engagements, workshops and team training are quoted individually because the investment depends on the format, date, scope and travel involved.

The specific investment, payment, cancellation and other event terms are agreed to in writing before an event is confirmed.

What coaching is not

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical, mental health, legal or financial advice, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.

Your responsibility

Coaching brings questions, perspective, accountability and honest conversation. The decisions you make and the actions you take are your own responsibility.

Testimonials and stories shared on this website reflect individual experiences. They are not a promise or guarantee that another person will experience the same results or outcomes.

This site links to third-party services for scheduling, purchasing books and resources, viewing videos, social media and other functions. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and Carole Mendoza Coaching, LLC is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
